Team Bath’s men’s 1st rugby team will face off against Leeds Beckett in today’s BUCS Super Rugby Anniversary game at the Rec. The game will kick off at 6:30, with gates opening at 5:30. Entrance is free so if you’re stuck for things to do tonight pop down! With over 5,000 students expected this is set to be a lively event.
Team Bath are coming into this game after winning their last on the 10th of October against Nottingham with a 41-36 victory. This high scoring game included a hat-trick of tries from captain Tom Doughty in the first half. Team Bath’s strong performance is reassuring for tonight’s game.
With the Leeds Beckett team beating Hartpury University by 9 points on the same date, tonight’s match is set to be a close one.
